This includes reviewing tender documentation / assistance in pricing tenders / contract reviews / contract management / pricing change events and negotiation with their client.
G&L Environmental specialise in Civil & Mechanical Engineering solutions, Groundworks, Utilities and Metal Fabrication, and across a number of technically challenging sectors. The service we provide GLE provides them with a flexible commercial solution whereby they have the comfort of commercial and contractual support at any time without the liability to employ a full-time commercial resource.

NEC3 Option C (main contract) – providing our valued client Dragados SA with senior commercial and procurement management services throughout the project including the overseeing of all procurement activities including subcontract procurement, and plant and material procurement. Furthermore, we provided senior commercial management services to oversee the administration of multiple subcontracts and assist in the Contractor pricing of compensation events and cost reporting to their client.

We were contracted to deliver their passive fire protection subcontract package. This included the project manager of all works including design management, contract administration and change management and planning / programme management.
