Furthermore, we provided senior commercial man
agement services to oversee the administration of multiple subcontracts and assist in the Contractor pricing of compensation events and cost reporting to their client.

We were contracted to deliver their passive fire protection subcontract package. This included the project manager of all works including design management, contract administration and change management and planning / programme management.
